The Mob Museum (the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement). 300 Stewart Ave. The $42 million museum includes 17,000 sq ft of exhibition space on three floors in addition to a specialty retail store, special event areas, educational areas and office space. Admission is $18 for adults ages 18 and over; $12 for children ages 5 to 17 and students ages 18 to 23 with ID; $14 for seniors, military, law enforcement and teachers; and $10 for Nevada residents of all ages. Tivoli Village at Queensridge is a mixed-use center on Rampart Blvd at Alta Dr, just north of the Boca Park shopping center and just east of Suncoast Resort and Queensridge Condominiums. This European-style center, with ample underground parking, has retail stores, restaurants, and business offices. Special events, such as DJs and fashion shows, are offered during weekends.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The $3.9 billion resort is located between Bellagio and CityCenter and has 2,998 rooms in its two 53-story towers, a 74,000 sq ft casino, along restaurants, retail outlets, a spa, and a day/night club.

The $8.5 billion cost is shared 50-50% by MGM Mirage and Infinity World Development Corp., a subsidiary of Dubai World. It is the largest privately funded development in the US.
