Lake Las Vegas
Located
17 miles from the Strip, Lake Las Vegas is a resort community around the
largest (320-acre) private man-made lake in the US. The lake has 10 miles
of shoreline. The 3,592-acre resort includes private residences (several thousand people live at Lake Las Vegas) and three hotels:
- Ravella (formerly Ritz-Carlton). 349 rooms (including 35 suites).
- The Loews Lake Las Vegas. 496 rooms and casino.
- MonteLago Village Resort, now closed. Condominium suites, casino, and a shopping district.
Three golf courses are located at Lake Las Vegas: The Falls, Reflection
Bay, and the private SouthShore.
The Tuscany-inspired resort also features several attractions such as yacht cruises, fishing,
trolley rides, kayaking, sailing, and boat rentals.
