Adventuredome. Circus Circus. The largest indoor amusement park (five acres) in the U.S. For kids of all ages. The only indoor double-loop double corkscrew roller coaster in the world, a 60-foot plunge down the water flume ride, robotic dinosaurs, arcade game area, clown shows, a mini golf course and rides. Do not miss the free circus acts in the middle of the casino; performances are twice an hour daily from 11 am until midnight.

Atlantis Aquarium Tour. Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. A tour of a 50,000-gallon salt water aquarium. More than 500 tropical fish.

Bonnie Springs/Old Nevada. Old West-style atmosphere, petting zoo, cowboy fight show. 875-4191.

Carnival Midway. Circus Circus. Live circus acts in the middle of the casino every half hour from 11 am till midnight.

Flamingo Wildlife Habitat. Flamingo. A 15-acre area displaying pink flamingos, swans, turtles, fish and a variety of birds.

GameWorks. 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM. More than 200 state-of-the-art video games. Rock climbing on Surge Rock, the world's largest free-standing indoor rock climbing structure (75 ft).

Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve. 2400 Moser Dr. Henderson. Home to about 200 species of birds including the rare golden eagle. Open daily between 6 am and 3 pm.

IMAX Theatre. Luxor. Movies are shown on a 68-ft tall screen (some movies are in 3D).

Lied Discovery Children's Museum. 833 Las Vegas Blvd./Washington, next to Las Vegas Library. 382-3445. Exhibits for kids of all ages. Workshops, performances, demonstrations. Gift shop.

Lion Habitat. MGM Grand. Lions on display. 

Mini Grand Prix. 1401 N. Rainbow Blvd/Vegas Dr. Family fun center. Go-cards, kiddie-carts, dragon roller coaster, superfun-slide, video arcade, restaurant, party-room.

M&M's World. Showcase Mall, 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM. M&M novelties and M&Ms in 21 colors.

Mirage Aquarium. Mirage Hotel & Casino. Behind the registration desk, there is an aquarium holding 20,000 gallons of salt water and 90 species of tropical fish.

Ron Lee's World of Clowns Factory & Tour. 330 Carousel Pkwy, Henderson. A self-guided tour of the factory and a gallery featuring Ron Lee's limited edition clown sculptures. Gift shop.

Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat of Siegfried & Roy. Mirage. A 2.5 acre natural habitat with rare and almost extinct animal breeds. The Dolphin Habitat is adjacent to the garden.

Shark Reef. Mandalay Bay. A walk-through aquarium. More than 2,000 animals are displayed, including 15 kinds of sharks. Included is an alligator dwelling with albino alligators.

Showcase. 3785 Las Vegas Blvd, next to MGM Grand. Entertainment complex.

The Sports Center. 121 E. Sunset Rd. Batting cages, go-karts, climbing wall. 317-7777.

Stratosphere Observation Deck. Stratosphere. The best view of Las Vegas from the 1149 ft while the deck rotates 360 degrees.

Sunset Stampede. Sam's Town Hotel & Casino. A laser and light show in a park-like setting.

Zoological Garden. 1775 N. Rancho Dr. Exhibits include petting zoo, endangered cats, apes, eagles, and every species of venomous reptile native to Southern Nevada.
