Highises, Midrises, and Lofts

The first residential highrise in Las Vegas was Regency Towers, a 28-story building, at the Las Vegas Country Club, completed in 1974. It was followed by Park Towers, two 20-story buildings, and Turnberry Place, four 40-story buildings. The success of MGM Residences, now called Signature, the first condotel in Las Vegas, set the trend of vertical Las Vegas.

Many highrise, midrise, and loft projects are either completed or in various stages of construction, planning, awaiting financing, and selling units. Completed and sold-out projects may have units available for resale or renting. Most of such projects offer, besides minimal property maintenance, 24-hour security, concierge, clubhouse, meeting room/business center, media room, valet parking, self-parking, fitness center, spa, pool, and so on.
